This role will be reporting directly to the Sales Director. You will be responsible to create the company's brands unique experience for all bar, cafes & food service-related key customers in this region by providing them with quality beverage applications, solutions, trainings, and do your best to elevate the brand in the food and beverage industry. This role will require you to travel throughout Southeast Asia countries to support the team and activations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualisation and development of innovative beverage recipes, tailored to regional tastes and market trends
Serve as a brand expert, conducting product demonstrations and training for clients, partners, and internal teams.
Provide technical and creative support to sales and marketing efforts, including participation in key industry events.
Proactively monitor and report on emerging beverage trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Offer expertise in drink formulation, menu engineering, and costing to support client business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years as a qualified Bartender or Barista or has working experience as a menu planner for chain accounts, with previous training experience preferred
- Ability to travel for work
- Microsoft Office skills to develop presentations and reports
- A strong network in the F&B industry
