The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving boutique sales performance, and leading a dedicated team in representing an internationally renowned luxury watch brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring world-class service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to the boutique team, fostering a culture of excellence and client-centricity.
- Plan and execute clienteling initiatives, private events, and CRM activities to drive client loyalty and retention.
- Analyze business performance and prepare reports for senior management with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury watches, fine jewelry, or high-end fashion.
