This role will report directly to the Sales Director and will be leading a team of 6-7 headcounts. This position plays a key role in overseeing end-to-end commercial administration across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and PKCVS Channels. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in sales processes while managing a multi-regional team and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration & Trade Spend Governance: Lead the full sales admin process from order management to trade spend validation across GT, MT and PKCVS channels.
- KPI Incentive Program Oversight: Coordinate and validate monthly and quarterly KPI submissions from sales teams and exclusives. Ensure alignment with performance management metrics and incentive eligibility
- Team Leadership & People Management: Supervise a team of 7 sales admin across different regions and portfolios. Delegate and monitor regional responsibilities to ensure SLA fulfilment and accurate reporting.
- System & Process Improvement: Drive enhancement in order management systems and approval work flows. Coordinate IT access control, system updates, and internal training for new implementations.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with FMCG distribution operations and channel segmentation
- Strong leadership and cross-departmental coordination
- Ability to manage multiple systems and implement process improvements
- Proficient in Excel, EPICOR systems, and commercial documentation
