We are currently looking for a Business Data Analyst for an iconic Malaysian heritage FMCG brand. This is a high-visibility role sitting directly within the Strategy Office, bridging the gap between raw data and business decision-making, which requires your urgent attention.

Reporting to: CEO office
Team size: Work cross-departmentally with HoDs

Make sense of data from across the business — ranging from Sales and Commercial figures to operationsm uncovering actionable insights.
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI, Sage, and Excel, visualizing complex data for senior leadership.
Produce high-quality executive decks and reports to support the CEO office in strategic planning and ad-hoc analysis.
Collaborate with HODs across departments to identify data gaps, unlock commercial opportunities, and drive business performance.

the experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
Technical proficiency in Power BI and Microsft Excel is essential, knowledge of Sage or other analytics tools are an added advantage.
A professional who understands "Business vs. Data" — you are not just a number cruncher (not a Finance role), but someone who understands the commercial context behind the trends.
