As the Business Development Director - ASEAN, your esponsibilities are:

1. Develop and implement a business development strategy for ASEAN, aligned with the company’s broader Asia growth goals.
2. Take full ownership of the ASEAN BD portfolio, ensuring profitability, margin protection, and long-term growth.
3. Position the company as a trusted partner for governments, consultants, contractors, and private developers across the region.
4. Represent the brand at key industry platforms to enhance market presence and drive thought leadership.
5. Lead major bids, proposals, and contract negotiations, safeguarding the company’s commercial and legal interests.
6. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing BD teams throughout ASEAN markets.
7. Collaborate with global, regional, and BU-level teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive revenue targets.

skills and requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Brings over 12 years of experience in the geotechnical, civil, or infrastructure sectors, including demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experienced in managing or contributing to regional project portfolios.
• Open to both local and international travel as required
