We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Project Sales to drive sales in the Central region. You will manage project opportunities from specification to execution, focusing on mechanical, water piping, air conditioning, and construction sites. Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities and support key accounts
- Drive project sales and specification activities in the assigned region
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers
- Manage sales pipelines from early design/spec stage to project completion
- Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify new project opportunities and expand market presence
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Building Services, or related discipline
- 0–5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or building materials / mechanical solutions
- Knowledge of construction and project sales cycles is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel as required
