• Acquire and onboard new restaurant partners to the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B owners and managers.
• Identify potential merchants and key decision-makers in target markets.

• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and promotions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly merchant acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare progress reports.
• Act as the main liaison between merchants and internal teams.
what you bring
● 2+ years in business development, sales, App based platform or partnerships, preferably in F&B
● Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build rapport with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
● Fluent in Chinese and English, other languages are a plus
● Familiarity with the F&B sector, restaurant operations, or food delivery platforms is a plus.
● Must possess own transportation and willing to travel locally to meet merchants
