As the business development manager, you will be responsible:
- Oversee the business development department with full P&L accountability, ensuring both financial performance and customer satisfaction are met.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies to achieve organizational goals within set budgets and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate a high-performing commercial team, fostering strong collaboration across departments and support functions.
- Provide strategic leadership to meet production targets, optimizing resources—materials, equipment, and manpower—to uphold quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Drive business growth by developing and executing expansion strategies, and establishing project structures to support implementation.
- Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and systems that ensure operational efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Lead continuous improvement and expansion initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations through the effective implementation of company policies and procedures.

skills and requirements
- Degree Holder in Environmental engineering or business or any equivalent qualification
- Experience in managing renewable energy ( Solar ) or similar industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same industry
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable and inspiring leadership
- Result-oriented and task focused
