Actively grow the business by researching new leads and meeting with potential customers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new customer accounts.
Maintain strong professional networks with forwarding vendors and international carriers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery.
Proactively gather and communicate updated pricing, schedules, and market insights from carriers and headquarters.

skills and requirements

Mininum of 3+ years of experience in the shipping industry (NVOCC).
Familiar with Transpacific trade.
Strong and postive attitude to bring to the team.
Preferably have a existing clientelle or have ability to independently source and expand new client base.
