As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our international expansion within the Oil & Gas and broader energy sectors.
- Proactively identify and capture new O&G trading opportunities and strategic business ventures globally.
- Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with key industry players, including global majors and national oil companies
- Evaluate the viability of potential deals by conducting deep-dive analyses of market trends, financial requirements, and operational feasibility.
- Lead the closing process by navigating complex negotiations, developing robust contracts, and ensuring seamless integration with business operations.

skills and requirement
- Bachelor graduate in Oil & Gas, Engineering or any equivalent qualification
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, commercial origination, or energy trading
- Experience navigating both local and international markets
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms effectively and identify new business potentials
- Experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage a global pipeline of opportunities
- Open to travel for business purpose
