- Pioneer the entry into the B2B institutional market, taking full ownership of the strategy, P&L, and growth for the consumer hygiene line for this industry giant.
the role
- Pioneer and establish a new B2B Professional Division, defining the complete business strategy, developing the go-to-market plan, and owning the P&L to successfully launch and grow the product portfolio in the institutional market.
- Drive business development and market penetration across key B2B channels, including hospitality, healthcare, corporate institutions, and industrial sectors, by building strategic partnerships with key accounts and distributors.
- Lead all high-level commercial activities, from spearheading tender submissions and navigating complex contract negotiations with private and public sector clients, to establishing effective pricing and service strategies.
the experience
- Minimum 8 years of fmcg/commercial experience, with a strong background in B2B, Institutional, or AFH sales.
- Direct experience in the hygiene, FMCG, cleaning supplies, or related industries is highly preferred.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the proven ability to build a business or market segment.
