Job Duty:
1. This position is responsible for landing Cloud, Indonesia business strategy, streamlining the sale-operation business system, and working with local sales teams to drive Cloud, Indonesia revenue growth.

2. Be responsible for sales team operation business, perform leads-to-cash life cycle management, especially pipeline management. Monitor the progress for sales team business, and follow up on execution plans.
3. Key Customer and partner Management, manage customer/partner status from consumption trends, project progress, customer business development plans.
4. Conduct cross-departmental communication, collaborate with sales, marketing, products, finance, etc. to drive business.
5. Connect with the back-end teams, provide feedback on sales team progress, promote and implement headquarters policies, provide operational support, and provide feedback from customers and sales teams to back-end teams.
Requirement:
● IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science and related majors
● More than 3 years of experience in sales operations, with experience working at cloud company preferred
● Project management & data analysis skills with business acumen
● Excellent cross-departmental communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders decisions
● Rich knowledge in pipeline management, Key customer management, partner management and industry understanding
● ACA certified or any cloud certification will be prioritized
● Native Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English are a must.
