• Preparing and delivering executive-level reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports to manage risk and issues.
• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through systems or other changes.
• Monitoring delivery standards, service quality of partners, and assisting in logistics processes for new products, inventory, and returns.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners like distributors, suppliers, and customers.

the experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
