• Lead and oversee all daily clinic functions, from the Operating Theatre to front-desk services, to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient journey.

• Drive both patient satisfaction and business growth by managing budgets and implementing strategies to achieve performance targets.

• Build and empower a high-performing medical team, ensuring all staff are properly trained and that the clinic maintains strict compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• Act as a key liaison between senior management and the marketing team to develop and execute patient acquisition strategies.
