This role reports directly to the Group CEO. This role will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction and commercial performance for a few key markets. The role oversees Sales, Marketing and Exports. The CEO holds full P&L accountability and leads the development and execution of business strategies that drive financial performances.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet or exceed all annual and mid-term financial goals, focusing on driving revenue growth, optimizing profit margins, and strengthening cash flow as outlined in strategic business plans.

• Execute integrated marketing strategies that maximize return on investment (ROI), significantly strengthen brand value, and ensure strict alignment with all international brand guidelines.

• Lead continuous new product development (NPD) efforts to maintain portfolio relevance, capture consumer interest, and secure the foundation for sustained long-term growth.

• Aggressively expand the export footprint into new and emerging international territories, effectively utilizing current business partnerships to unlock incremental market growth.

• Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and financial discipline, ensuring full and continuous compliance with all legal, statutory, and internal company policies.
