The Role
My client is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group’s finance function and partner closely with senior leadership in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and value creation.
This role will oversee financial strategy, governance, reporting, and investor relations across a diversified business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall Group finance strategy, planning, and performance management
- Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and Bursa compliance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies
- Lead tax planning, audit, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance;
- Minimum 15 experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, property development, or engineering sectors is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to public listed environment / Bursa Malaysia reporting
