- Lead monthly and quarterly business performance reviews with principal brands, providing market insights and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and refine Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies across various geographies and channels while identifying capability gaps within field sales and key account teams.
- Perform deep-dive analytics by developing management reports, trackers, and dashboards to support day-to-day business decisions and highlight gap opportunities.
- Conduct targeting and segmenting analysis to ensure regional clusters are fully maximized for optimal routing.
- Analyze overall distributor performance, focusing on cost-to-serve metrics, service quality, and future growth potential.

- Minimum 5 years of working experience within the FMCG sector or a distributor environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerQuery.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, capable of identifying business needs, assessing risks, and proposing actionable solutions to the management team.
- Proactive and result-oriented, with a track record of executing objectives and overcoming operational sales challenges.
