We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead the revenue and commercial strategy of our prestigious 5-star resort. This role is pivotal in driving profitability, optimizing sales performance, and enhancing brand positioning in a highly competitive luxury hospitality market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies covering sales, marketing, and revenue management
• Maximize revenue across all segments including rooms, F&B, events, and ancillary services
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
• Oversee pricing strategies, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, corporate clients, and travel agents
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences aligned with brand standards
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and optimize online presence and conversion rates
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
