- Define and execute the country’s strategic growth plan aligned with global corporate objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the government, public sector, and telecommunication segments.
- Oversee and support sales, marketing, and customer success functions to ensure revenue and customer growth.
- Foster strategic partnerships with technology partners, system integrators, and channel resellers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the country.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, diverse local team across functions.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee strategic accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

about the requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in technology or cloud companies, including P&L ownership.
- Proven track record in scaling business operations and delivering revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and enterprise IT landscape.
- Proven sales track record within the government and public sector.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ecosystem partners.
