Key responsibilities:

Design and execute CRM-driven campaigns (including push and email) and manage day-to-day Customer Data Platform (CDP) operations, covering segmentation, journey management, and promotional offer deployment.
Utilise CDP capabilities to implement targeting strategies and personalise customer experiences across all channels.
Track key metrics through reports and dashboards (CDP performance, campaign effectiveness) to provide insights and optimise marketing strategies.

skills and experience required

Minimum 3 years in marketing operations, CRM, or growth roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM/CDP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Insider, CleverTap) and analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills; high proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of conversion attributions, app events, and regional markets
Critical, creative, fast-paced learner with structural thinking and data-driven decision-making ability.
