Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic retail sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealership partners to expand market coverage and increase brand presence.
- Drive dealership business expansion by developing scalable sales programs, incentive structures, and performance frameworks.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to ensure accurate and timely business insights.
- Represent the company in key business meetings, trade events, and partnership discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in retail sales management within the Home & Living, Furniture, or related consumer goods industries.
- Experience in dealership management – including partner acquisition, performance management, and relationship development.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
