- Leverage your expertise and strong market network (including e-tailers & KOLs) to identify, onboard, and manage key online partners and unlock new sales channels.
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns and sales strategies across all e-commerce touchpoints, utilizing data analytics and market insights to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, taking full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and actively shaping the brand's journey to become a leader in the Malaysian online beauty space.
the experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling E-Commerce in the FMCG industry.
- Experience handling beauty/skincare/personal care products are essential.
- Entrepreneurial individual with hunger for growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
