about the job
- Identify, research and secure potential car park sites (clients) to support the company’s expansion goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess site potential and industry trends.
- Present the company’s products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients.
- Support the implementation of performance-driven KPIs and incentive programs for the team.
- Track, analyse and report on KPIs (number of leads, conversion rates, revenue forecast).
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
- 1-2 years (for Executive) and 3-5 years (for Assisatnt Manager) of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
- Knowledge and experience in the car park/property industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
