F&B Operations Manager / Head of Operations
Focus: High-level strategic management across multiple outlets or brands.
Ideal Profile: 5+ years of multi-site or central operations management experience, P&L ownership, and strong process optimisation skills (e.g., procurement, supply chain, quality control).
Area Manager / Regional Manager
Focus: Overseeing the performance, compliance, and profitability of a defined cluster of F&B outlets within a specific geographical region.
Ideal Profile: 3-5 years of experience managing multiple F&B locations, driving sales targets, staff performance management, and ensuring consistent customer experience.
Outlet Manager / Restaurant Manager
Focus: Full 360-degree leadership and accountability for a single, high-volume F&B outlet (restaurant, café, flagship store).
Ideal Profile: 3+ years of direct outlet management experience, expert in front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, scheduling, local marketing initiatives, and inventory management.
