The Area Manager will oversee the operations and success of multiple outlets within a designated geographic region. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of retail operations. You will be diving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive and high-performing team culture across all stores in your area
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores to ensure consistency in product quality, service standards, and brand experience
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure all stores deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand
- Enforce company policies, operational guidelines, and health and safety regulations across all outlets
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Store Manager, or in a similar multi-unit retail management role, preferably within the F&B or retail industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
- Ability to travel frequently to various store locations within the assigned area
