Full-Spectrum Accounting: Manage AP, AR, and GL functions, including data entry, vendor payments, credit management, and bank reconciliations.
SAP Ledger Management: Use SAP (and specific T-codes like FBL3N, F-02, FB60) for journal preparation, fixed asset management, and month-end adjustments.
Intercompany & Reporting: Reconcile intercompany transactions and support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
Data Integration: Ensure smooth data flow between SAP and other systems (OneStream, Info-Tech, Qlik).
Budget & Cash Flow: Assist in budget data collection, cost allocations, and updating cash flow templates.
Audit & Tax: Prepare schedules and reports for external auditors and ensure timely tax submissions.
Process Improvement: Help document procedures (DTPs) and participate in system testing or global finance transformation projects.
