We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance for premium commercial vehicles. This role combines hands-on client engagement with team leadership, covering key sectors such as logistics, construction, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key fleet and B2B clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management
- Ensure the team stays aligned with product knowledge, training, and brand standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle, automotive, or related B2B sales
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Results-driven mindset with strategic thinking ability
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
