• Operational HR leadership & advisory, provide active, hands-on oversight of the regional HR function, balancing long-term strategy with direct involvement in day-to-day HR excellence.
• Strategic Business Partnering, serve as a direct coach and advisor to Functional Heads and Business Unit Leaders, translating organisational goals into actionable people solutions.
• Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy, conduct annual salary surveys and benefits bench-marking to ensure the company remains an "Employer of Choice" in the competitive FMCG landscape.
• Manage the annual increment and bonus cycles, ensuring a high correlation between performance outcomes and financial rewards.
• Steer critical HR initiatives and transformation projects from conception to completion.
