- Accelerate business growth and shape the entire B2B commercial strategy for one of Malaysia's fastest-growing FMCG brands.
the role
- Lead and mentor the Modern Trade and General Trade sales teams, setting clear performance goals and fostering a culture of execution excellence.
- Drive channel growth by expanding product listings and distribution across all key accounts, including a strong focus on MT and the expanding GT/distributor network.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships by leading negotiations on trading terms and promotional agreements with key buyers, category managers, and distributors.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute impactful trade marketing strategies, managing the A&P budget to ensure measurable ROI.
the experience
- Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of FMCG experience, with at least 5 years in a management level position.
- Proven success in managing Modern Trade channels, experience in General Trade and/or Trade Marketing is an added bonus.
- Possesses strong analytical and negotiation skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
