As Head of Sales, you will lead the team toward high performance, oversee the sales pipeline, and contribute to our ambitious growth goals through both strategic direction and active participation.
- Oversee the entire sales funnel and key performance metrics across Malaysia, from lead qualification to successful deal closures.
- Guide and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer teams to develop effective sales materials, tools, and streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency and win rates.
- Work closely with counterparts to ensure strategic, messaging, and operational consistency across markets.
skills and requirements
- Bachelor graduate in engineering, business or equivalent qualification
- 5 years working experience in sales and business development with proven leadership experience in fast-pace environment
- Result-oriented and highly motivated individual with passion in growing the team and company
- Possess good communication skills and open to travel
