about the job
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand their market share in SAP S/4HANA migrations, Cloud solutions, and IT outsourcing.
- Take full accountability for the company’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) and project-based sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and account management teams. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Directly manage relationships with enterprise clients and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for complex, high-value bids.
- Strengthen the company alliance with SAP and other technology partners to ensure lead referrals and co-selling opportunities.
about the manager/team
This role will be reporting directly to the Group Managing Director.
about the requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 10+ years in IT sales/business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, ERP implementation cycles and IT staffing/managed services.
- Preferably someone who does IT services sales and has a solid sales track record.
- Strong hunter personality and able to bring in new logos.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
