They are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Develops and implements HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, oversees onboarding and offboarding, and handles performance management.
- Addresses employee grievances, provides coaching and counseling, and supports employee relations activities.
- Oversees training programs, including leadership and professional development.
- Manages payroll, office administration, travel arrangements, and responds to statutory inquiries.

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You
