Human Resource Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR Policies, Employee Manual and Memos.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Ensure positive Employer/Employee Relation & Communication
- Manage and utilise Kakitangan.com system
- Provide support to Senior Management and Heads of Departments (HOD) as required, including to identify and develop employee learning needs.
- Monitor and manage disciplinary issues with guidance from Management.
- Assist in Key Performance Appraisal / Staff Appraisal activities.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process.
- Support and coordinate in Probation, Confirmation and Non-confirmation
- Conduct Exit Formalities.
