about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develops and implements HR practices that comply with Malaysian labor laws.
- Manages the administrative processes for setting up a new company and factory, including government licenses and permits.
- Leads the HR functions from hiring to employee relations, and works to build a good company culture.
- Oversees day-to-day HR systems, processes, and statutory submissions.
- Handles import/export compliance and coordinates with external consultants and government authorities.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the GM, you will be working closely as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have strong understanding of enterprise and HR management practices, including training operations and labor laws.
