about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the team as part of the pioneering team member for the newly set up entity. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Full Employee Lifecycle Management: Handles all stages of the employee journey, from recruitment and payroll to performance management, engagement, and exit processes.
- HR Strategy & Compliance: Drives organizational initiatives, ensures compliance with local labor laws, and collaborates across locations to standardize HR processes.
- Data & Reporting: Manages HR data and records in systems like SAP, analyzes headcount and attrition, and prepares various HR reports for management.
- Employee Relations: Actively handles employee grievances, conducts satisfaction surveys, and fosters strong relationships with both management and floor-level staff.
- Process Improvement & Leadership: Drives automation and continuous improvement, motivates HR coordinators, and manages performance reviews and succession planning.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be working as a sole contributor in the beginning stages of setting up.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in an SSC environment. You have excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and planning skills.
