Review of current HR processes across selected countries and list of overview of variations
Harmonization proposal for each sub process/ activity
Defined minimal effective process controls for quality and compliance
Summary report with recommendations and implementation roadmap
Stakeholder engagement and feedback documentation
All deliverables must be provided in editable formats to allow for future updates and modifications by the internal team.
