Objective:
- Evaluate current HR process practices across countries with high variation.
- Capture and document all existing country-specific practices using MS Word and Excel.
- Propose harmonisation of selected HR processes to support global and regional consistency.
- Define minimal effective process controls to ensure quality and compliance across harmonised processes.
- Support strategic HR transformation aligned with global business objectives.
Feasible Scope of Work
- Estimated number of HR processes to be harmonised: 13 Level 3 HR sub process, each sub process may include 2-4 Level 4 activities
- Based on complexity, stakeholder engagement, and modelling effort
- Focus on high-impact processes with significant variation across countries
Deliverables:
- Review of current HR processes across selected countries and list of overview of variations
- Harmonization proposal for each sub process/ activity
- Defined minimal effective process controls for quality and compliance
- Summary report with recommendations and implementation roadmap
- Stakeholder engagement and feedback documentation
- All deliverables must be provided in editable formats to allow for future updates and modifications by the internal team.
Methodology:
- Independent assessment of current HR practices
- Collaborative workshops with country and regional HR experts
- Iterative process-based design and validation using MS Word and Excel
- Definition of minimal effective controls based on risk, compliance, and operational needs
- Agile or hybrid project management approach
- Regular reporting and checkpoints with project sponsors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR process design and transformation
- Senior-level expertise in global HR environments
- Independent consultants or firms with no conflict of interest
- Strong proficiency in HR process modelling
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement process controls for quality and compliance
- Ability to work across diverse cultural and organisational contexts
- Familiarity with global business and legal entity structure
