Are you a pro at finding the right people and keeping the HR engine running smoothly? We’re looking for an HR & TA Manager who is half "headhunter" and half "operations expert."
In this role, you’ll lead our end-to-end recruitment while ensuring our daily HR processes are organized, compliant, and efficient.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle everything from sourcing and interviewing to sending out offers and managing the onboarding process.
- Direct Sourcing: Use your resourcefulness to find great talent directly, reducing our reliance on external agencies.
- HR Operations: Manage the "bread and butter" of HR—payroll governance, leave management, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN).
- Policy & Compliance: Keep our Employee Handbook updated and ensure all HR practices follow the latest Labour Laws.
Must haves
- Experienced: You have 5–8 years of experience in HR and Recruitment.
- Operational Ninja: You are highly organized and comfortable with payroll, statutory filings, and HR documentation.
- Talent Magnet: You have a proven track record of finding talent for fast-paced, project-based environments.
- Reliable Advisor: You understand Labour Law and can give sound advice on employee relations and contracts.
