- Oversee servers, network infrastructure, and IT systems management and maintenance.
- Maintain and assist with ERP, Cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0.
- Provide support for PC/laptop, printers, firewall, network devices (WIFI, switches, DNS), CCTV, door access, email, and anti-virus.
- Offer technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for hardware, software, repair, and warranty issues.
- Assist in implementing security (firewalls, anti-virus, encryption, access controls) and ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards.
- Assist in supervising IT professionals and collaborate on budget management.
- Propose improvements, schedule maintenance/upgrades for minimum downtime, and maintain documentation.
- Willingness to travel overseas/domestically.
