about the job

- To analyse the global demands / changes for continous enhancement from global team and liasie it with local business & statutory requirement. Ensure the compliance with company global standards.
- To ensure any support tickets / enhancement / implementation projects are meeting deadline, resource budget, and standard SLA.
- To assist in mentoring juniors in any technical / functional configuration (if required)
- To manage a team of functional and technical consultants, supported by 4 main leads.
about the manager/team
You will become a SME on JDE related matters, managing a team JDEdwards functional & technical consultants on day to day support and implementation projects (if any). The team is comprises of 30 members with 4 leads (Distribution & Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing and Support & Release Management). You are responsible in ensuring the deliverables of the said support / enhancement / implementation projects (if any). JDEdwards ERP is hosted on Microsoft Azure, implemented in 15 countries across APAC region. You will be supported by vendor.
about the requirements
- Someone with at least 4 years of experience in providing L3 support / involved in at least 1 full cycle end to end greenfield or rollout implementation projects on JDEdwards within regional / global role is an added advantage, but not compulsary
- Someone with exposure as a consultant and now a Manager / Project Manager / vendor manager is an added advantage, but not compulsary
- Someone with hands-on functional configuration and project management experience is added advantage, but not compulsary
- Someone with experience in handling & delivering regional / global project is added advantage, but not compulsary
- Someone with experience in consumer goods, retail or manufacturing industry business processes is an added advantage, but not compulsary
about the salary and benefits
- Only for Malaysians and expats who do not require VISA to work in Msia etc RPT
- Up to RM 20,000 / month (can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more)
- Medical coverage covers whole family member
- more than 2 to 3 months Performance Bonus
- Up to RM 1,000 allowances for travel, fitness and others
