- Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade accounts, specifically major chain pharmacies (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Aeon Wellness).
- Implement and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned outlets.
- Oversee the successful execution of in-store promotions, such as Purchase with Purchase (PWP) and Gift with Purchase (GWP), providing insightful feedback to management.
- Conduct product knowledge training for outlet staff and engage directly with consumers to drive brand education and satisfaction.
- Monitor stock movement, analyze competitors' strategies, and provide detailed sales reports to support business decisions.
the experience
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG key account management experience.
- Modern Trade (MT) chain pharmacy experience is essential.
- An independent and highly responsible individual with a can-do attitude.
