- Manage and grow Industrial Key Accounts nationwide, focusing on B2B sales of premium industrial margarine, lamination fats, UHT non-dairy cream, plant-based drinks, and chocolate/compound products.
- Act as a strategic technical partner by working closely with customers' R&D and production teams on product trials, reformulations, and cost-optimization projects.
- Identify and execute substitution opportunities to switch competitors' ingredients (fats, creams, chocolates) to the company's bespoke solutions.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations covering pricing, contracts, annual agreements, credit terms, and tender management.
- Monitor raw material market trends (e.g., palm oil, cocoa, dairy substitutes) to align pricing strategies, ensure strict margin control, and accurately forecast sales demand.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in B2B or FMCG sales.
- Prior experience with Chocolate, Margarine, Fats, UHT, or Plant-based ingredients is essential.
- Highly independent self-starter capable of thriving in a fully remote (WFH) setup and driving autonomous business growth.
