the role
- Take full ownership of the commercial performance for your LKA portfolio, with clear execution to achieve and exceed sales, distribution, and operational goals.
- Strategically devise annual joint business plans, leading all key trade negotiations and crafting impactful promotional calendars to drive growth.
- Cultivate and deepen strategic partnerships with key buyers and senior stakeholders, acting as the primary and trusted point of contact for all commercial matters.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure flawless in-store execution, optimal on-shelf availability, and effective inventory management.
the experience
- Minimum 4 years of FMCG key account management experience.      
- Experience managing LKA accounts such as Econsave, Mydin and/or TF Value is highly desirable. 
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
