This role is an individual contributor and will report directly to the National Sales Manager (MT) 
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales volume, net sales, and profitability targets for the designated key accounts.
- Lead and execute the annual and quarterly Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, negotiating trade terms, pricing, and promotional calendars for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based, and professional relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the account (Buyers, Category Managers, Operations).
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and actively contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand planning processes.
Key Requirements:
          
... - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or a commercial function within the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
