- Strategically manage and cultivate strong relationships with key retail partners, with a primary focus on driving growth within major chain pharmacies (Watsons/Guardian).
- Drive sales performance by developing joint business plans, negotiating trading terms, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and promotional activities.
- Oversee operational excellence by managing the full cycle from PO processing and order fulfillment to coordinating with finance for accounts receivable.
- Act as the market expert, monitoring consumer trends, competitor activities, and sales turnover to provide actionable recommendations for growth.
the experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG key account management, with a passion towards the beauty industry.
- A background managing skincare or cosmetics brands. Experience in Personal Care or Consumer Healthcare will also be strongly considered.
- Direct experience managing retail chain pharmacies is highly desirable.
- A goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
