Our client is looking for a proactive Senior Talent Development Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will act as a Consultative Partner for multiple internal brands and stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to drive initiatives, propose new training frameworks, and manage the full lifecycle of talent growth.
Key Responsibilities
... End-to-End L&D Ownership: Lead the full spectrum of training functions—from initial strategy and budget planning to backend execution and project management.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a dedicated account lead for different business portfolios, consulting with leaders to identify talent gaps and deliver tailored solutions.
Talent & Performance Systems: Support the Senior Manager in managing performance systems and building a robust talent pipeline across the organization.
Initiative Driver: Move beyond basic coordination. You are expected to propose new L&D initiatives and provide feedback on existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
Onsite Program Support: Facilitate and support training events onsite, including occasional weekend sessions depending on project requirements.
Requirements
Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin fluently. This is essential for communicating with key stakeholders and business owners.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in L&D or Talent Management.
Hands-on Execution: Ability to manage the "groundwork" (logistics, documentation, and budgets) while maintaining a strategic mindset.
Proactive Attitude: Our client values "doers" who are not afraid to suggest changes or take full ownership of a project from start to finish.
Apply here if this sounds like you, or write in to Marie. Due to a large volume of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
