About the JobThe Marketing & Communications Manager is a pivotal role designed to elevate brand image and secure a leading market position. You will act as the strategic architect for the marketing roadmap, balancing creative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of annual brand and marketing communication strategies.
- Develop and monitor the annual marketing budget and monthly expense tracking.
- Execute Public Relations strategies to secure positive media coverage and manage crisis communication.
- Manage digital eco-systems including websites, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Propose and execute marketing activities, events, and campaigns to generate sales leads.
- Ensure Corporate Identity (CI) compliance across dealerships and all marketing materials.
- Manage internal communication platforms and customer newsletters to promote company goals.
- Liaise with international marketing representatives on ongoing projects and updates.
- Minimum Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in advertising, branding, marketing, or public relations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and data analytics.
- Proactive go-getter who can generate ideas and solutions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
