About the Role
This is a senior marketing leadership role focused on driving brand growth through community building and elevated experiences. You will lead the local strategy, ensuring all initiatives reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic and high standards. This role requires a highly connected individual capable of opening doors and creating significant cultural buzz.
Key Responsibilities
Community Development: Build and nurture an engaged community across movement, wellness, and luxury segments, including top-tier practitioners and KOLs.
Engagement: Maintain active daily outreach and weekly engagement to drive brand loyalty and repeated engagement.
Events & Experiential Marketing: Lead the curation and execution of high-quality brand events and activations, aiming for a consistent cadence of brand moments.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure long-term partnerships with luxury hotels, premium studios, and lifestyle brands.
Retail Activation: Transform retail locations into brand sanctuaries through VIP experiences and clienteling.
P.R. & Influencers: Build relationships with approved media and influencers to position the brand within luxury lifestyle conversations.
CRM & Engagement: Develop the CRM database to drive repeated engagement and retention within luxury segments
Digital Amplification: Partner with KOLs to ensure physical activations are supported by elevated digital storytelling and online visibility.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key success metrics, including store traffic, event ROI, CRM growth, and sales impact.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior marketing roles.
Background: Proven track record within the luxury, lifestyle, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
Network: Deeply connected network within the Kuala Lumpur wellness and hospitality community.
Event Curation: Strong experience in end-to-end event management with a focus on brand aesthetics and meticulous detail.
Commercial Mindset: Ability to translate brand experiences into clear commercial growth and store traffic.
Personality: Highly charismatic and social personality with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Aesthetic Sense: Strong sense of luxury aesthetics and brand energy.
