- Lead and oversee the total marketing function for the mall business.
- Manage a team in the end-to-end planning of events, campaigns, and promotions.
- Work closely with tenants and the leasing department on joint promotional activities.
- Handle budget planning and P&L responsibility for all departmental expenses.
- Liaise with internal units and external parties to ensure high-quality execution of marketing activities.
- Implement marketing strategies and conduct customer segmentation based on market trends and shopper needs.
- Boost corporate image by organizing a variety of marketing and promotional programs.
- Maintain strong ties with local media, press, and community groups to develop advertising plans.
- Drive shopper traffic and increase customer retention while acquiring new shoppers for the mall.
- Deliver effective messaging to the general public, target shoppers, and tenants.
- Optimize media usage, with a specific focus on maximizing social media impact.
- Develop the annual digital strategy and manage digital assets including the website, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Oversee social media calendars, ensuring the timely execution of all posts across platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and tenants to gather and curate content for all digital assets.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in the retail or mall business.
- Strong business acumen, communication and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
