The role:
Drive Revenue Growth: Promote and sell a high-quality portfolio of pharmaceutical products and medical devices to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators within your assigned territory.
Strategic Relationship Management: Proactively build and nurture long-term, trust-based partnerships with key healthcare professionals to secure consistent business and brand loyalty.
Exceed Performance Targets: Consistently meet or surpass sales KPIs and territory objectives through disciplined scheduling and strategic market penetration.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Act as a market expert by providing management with actionable insights on competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging trends to refine sales strategies.
The experience:
- Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Possess valid driving license with own transport.
